After the 6 session training module a survey will be conducted amongst the delegates to investigate the benefits they may feel. From this a dedicated practice may affect the culture of the company, promoting better working relations, control of emotions and generally a more focussed and mindful atmosphere.
We encourage monthly check in sessions once the sessions are complete.
