As a coach/facilitator, and a regular practitioner myself, I have recently had a profoundly valuable experience of Mark as a teacher of mindfulness.
His approach is encouraging, his guidance is gentle, and his compassion very clear and comforting.
This inspires new insights, and assists me on my personal journey of self-discovery.
The benefits and progress I continue to feel have enhanced my commitment to further practice. It has also taken my practice to the next level.
Through Mark's guidance and teachings, I have increased my ability to focus, as well my capacity for groundedness, and my overall sense of wellbeing.
I have become more effective at work, and increased my impact in my environment. I have managed to stay more relaxed and calm, to be less reactive, and to focus on whatever requires my attention. This allows me to be more present and responsive to what is emerging in the present moment. Through this approach I believe I have become a better person, and a kinder more caring professional in my career.
Mark is committed and passionate in how he offers his many teachings and vast experience to his students. What I appreciate most about him is his huge heart and his pure, gentle, authentic spirit. My consistent observation of Mark is that he is always calm, caring, helpful, and kind in his approach. He also has the powerful ability to be realistic and to see things as they are. His way of engaging students is humble, yet confident. It is inspiring to listen to Mark speak openly and willingly. He is comfortable in his own human vulnerability, and shares stories of his own experiences, mistakes and insights. This easily forges connections and builds trust. Mark is also willing, as a teacher, to welcome comments from his students. He openly describes what he has gained, and implements his learning directly from the feedback that he receives. He also openly shares when he is deeply touched, shows his gratitude and expresses his appreciation for how he is developing along with his students. I believe that this shows how Mark sets the example to his students, as he models exactly what he teaches.
I know this sounds melodramatic but mindfulness/ meditation is truley life changing. I'm meditating for 2 years now,and this course has deepened and lengthened my practice. Brought me so much knowledge and more insights in my practice as well as in my life. I can really write a book on how it has changed and improved and enhanced my life. I love the new me. Even though that me was always there. Happiness is the default state of mind.
So when the mind becomes calm and clear,it returns to its default:happiness.
Mark from the bottom off my heart thank you for being such an inspiration to us all and for all your knowledge, love and kindness. I'm so grateful and feel so blessed #happy#
Thank you Mark for the biggest benefit I have had from your course – more confidence and less fear.
This new job at a content agency as senior content editor would have had me in such a tizzy before, because a large part of it is in the digital sphere where I have no experience, coming from radio and magazines.
But surprisingly I can’t wait to take up the challenge. It’s where the world is going and I need to remain relevant, especially as I’m not a spring chicken anymore. This change in my attitude is purely due to you and your course. So over and above helping me find a new healing direction, you have also gifted me this, It’s huge and I am so GRATEFUL!
“I like to see the facts and figures, about the benefits of mindfulness/meditation. I was convinced with the comprehensive research and case studies discussed.”

This mindfulness course made me to be ground here in the present moment and face my challenges with ease by using the Breath Focus meditation practice.
And the Body Scan meditation combined with the MIMO's and INTEL contemplation is the miraculous healing package. Pedro Fortunato
I always believed that mindfulness and meditation were one and the same, but I realised that there are so many more ways to practice mindfulness than meditation alone. It was most valuable to have experienced learning from a teacher who is an expert in the practice of mindfulness. Your modeling meant a lot to me, and I marveled at your patience and kindness in your response to the other participants on the course. Your personal disclosures of how you used mindfulness to help you through challenging experiences was an essential teaching aid, creating the context of practical application.
I only wish I still lived in SA as I would definitely attend this training. You will be pleased know of still have your TigerRider Series booklet next to my bed and read it often.
I have done so many trainings Tec on various modalities over the years but your Tiger Rider was by far the most effective and impractical on my life.
I wish you much success with your training. I know it will change the lives of many.
